Road Closure - Brownhelm Township
Lorain County Engineer Ken Carney announces the closure of North Ridge Road, between Claus and Sunnyside Roads, for the replacement of the North Ridge Road Bridge # 0349. The bridge is located between Claus Road North and South.
The cost of the project is $139,478.13. Funding is available from the County Engineers Association of Ohio through the Ohio Department of Transportation for 100% of the project costs in accordance with the LPA agreement between Lorain County and the Ohio Department of Transportation. The project was awarded to U.S. Bridge of Cambridge, Ohio.
The work will begin at 8:00 am on Monday, July 31, 2023 and is expected to be completed by 5:00 pm on Friday, September 29, 2023, weather permitting.
